Since I was young, my passion for food has been undeniable. It’s been a driving force in my life, guiding me through each step of my culinary journey. I began as a prep cook, learning the basics of the kitchen and honing my skills through hard work and dedication. As time passed, I worked my way up the ranks, embracing every challenge and opportunity that came my way. Becoming a chef was a significant milestone for me, a culmination of years of learning and refining my craft. But I didn’t stop there. Now, as the proud owner of a ramen restaurant, I find immense joy in sharing my love for food with others. Ramen, with its rich flavors and cultural significance, has become my specialty. It’s not just a dish to me; it’s a form of expression, a way to connect with people through a shared love of food.
